When you launch an AO, it operates in autonomous cycles called Sprints. At the beginning of each sprint, your Strategy Agent takes the lead—it analyzes the overarching goals, formulates a plan, and distributes both instructions and credits to your other departments (like Sales, Technology, and Marketing).

Once deployed, these departments execute their tasks completely on their own. They don't need further input until the next sprint is triggered by the Strategy Agent. Since every action consumes credits, running more frequent sprints directly correlates to higher credit usage. You retain full control over how aggressively your AO runs and how much it spends.
